Term and Conditions
When you enter our application software (hereinafter sometime referred to as” app”) and
website www.idashop.lklk (hereinafter sometime referred to as” website”) decide to get our
services through our app or website you will be automatically bind over the terms and
conditions mentioned hereafter and if you do not agree to the said terms and conditions
please exit from the app or website. You shall not use the app or website for any other
purpose other than it designs for, and if you use the said app or website for any illegal or
immoral purposes you will be disqualified to use the app or website.

1)Registration

1.1you have to register in the app or website providing your name, national identity card no.,
email, phone no., and card details etc., (herein after referred as “personal information”).
1.2we reserve our rights to use your personal information for our marketing purposes and we
assure that we will keep that information confidential and use only for our marketing
purposes and shall not dispose the said personal information to any third party except for
the purpose provided in this app or website. For more clarification refer our privacy policy

2)Prices and Payments

2.1You may order goods display at our app or website from the designated manufactures,
groceries, shops and vendors (hereinafter referred as “Merchants”) at the prices indicated in
the app or website. The prices upload and update by the relevant merchants and we do not
have any liability towards any discrepancies in the said prices.
2.2The pictures display in the app or website are not the actual appearance and content of the
goods and the physical appearance of the goods may differ from the picture displayed in the
app or website.
2.3You may purchase goods by way of cash or using your credit card, however cash on delivery
will be limited maximum to Rupees …………………………………………..(Rs. …………../-) at one
time. This limitation will be changed by time to time as per our discretion.
2.4We will be charged delivery charge/ service charge for the services we supplied.

3)Delivery of Products /Customer Order
3.1 You have to provide correct delivery instructions to riders. We will not be responsible for
any improper instructions given.
3.2 Our riders will be delivered your order with in the estimated time period, the estimated
time period may vary depend on how busy the vendor, how large your order, traffic
conditions and any other reason beyond our control.
3.2 If it is a cash on delivery order, the order will hand over only after the cash receive by the
rider.
3.3 The order will deliver with a seal and you shall check the order at the time of delivery and if
you identify any damage or suspicion in the seal you shall not accept the goods. If you accept
the goods after identified any damage or suspicion, we will not take any responsibility for
the order.
3.4 You have to inform any discrepancy identified in the quantity ordered at the time of delivery
and later inquiry relating to the quantity of the order will not be accepted by us.
3.5 Any quality issue or any other issue of the goods ordered shall be informed to the vendor
directly and we shall not take any responsibility toward the quality of the goods ordered.
3.6 Once the order placed through the app you shall keep your device reachable to you, when
rider arrive at the delivery address you will receive notification on arrival and they will
further make attempts to contact you if you do not response. After wait reasonable time in
your delivery address rider will leave if they unable to deliver the order but you are charged
for the order.

4) Cancellation of order
4.1 You can cancel your order any time before it confirms by the merchant, if you do not accept
the order once it delivered for a reason other than the reasons mentioned hereto we will be
restricted your use of app or website.
4.2 You shall not refuse to accept the order once it deliver with a good condition and if you

refused to accept we will charge Rs………………as a liquidated damage.

5) General Terms
5.1 We reserve our rights to change the terms and conditions mentioned hereof and continues
use of the app or website shall be a deem acceptance of said amendments.
5.2we are the owner of the patent, copyright, trade mark secrets, trademarks and any other
intellectual property rights of the app or website and its content, and you shall not use the
content of the app or website for any commercial purpose.

5.3 Except for the express warranties stated herein, there are no other warranties or conditions,
express, implied or statutory, under these terms and conditions including but not limited to
implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose,
non-infringement and accuracy those arising by statute or otherwise in law or from a course
of dealing or usage of trade.

5.4 To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, special, or
consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business, data, opportunity and
profits arising out of or in connection with the use of the app or website.

5.5No warranty for the uninterrupted or error free functionality of the app or website and that
any error or defect will be corrected or that the app or website will be available free of virus
or bugs or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.

6. Termination or temporary suspend of Services

The content and the features on the app or website are made available to visitors free of
charge. However, we reserve our rights to terminate the access to app or website or certain
content or features of the app or website at any time without any notice. Further we reserve
our rights to limit, deny access or create different access to the app or website without prior
notice and change the content or features of the app or website without further notice.
